Squeeze BBC Documentary Announced!

On October 12, BBC4 will screen a brand new documentary ‘Squeeze: Take Me I'm Yours’ which reappraises the song-writing clout of Difford and Tilbrook, and shows why Squeeze hold a special place in British Popular music.

Contributions will come from former band members Jools Holland and Paul Carrack, together with testament from Elvis Costello, Mark Knopfler and Aimee Man.

When can we see this stateside? I can't think of a band more deserving of a documentary on songwriting.

Just watched the BBC documentary on Squeeze. Wow a trip down memory lane the songs were part of my formative years. You can just hear a Squeeze song and it takes you back. Then we throw google into the mix and a read through the lyrics and you realise what a class act the boys were. Thanks for part of the soundtrack to life's journey boys. All the very best for the tour

Happy days, I remember going to watch them at the Hammersmith Odeon with the beautiful Adrienne, I wonder where she is now! They also did a recorded for TV show at the Tunnel Club around that time, anyone know if a recording exists.
