Introduction

Squeeze Touring Limited (the “Company”) is a company registered in England and Wales under registered company number 06175234. The Company’s registered office is: c/o CC Young & Co, 4th Floor, East Wing, 53-64 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1QS.
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”), in force as of 25 May 2018, this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the obligations of the Company in respect of the collection, retention, safeguarding of and access to your Personal Data (defined below).
The GDPR defines “Personal Data” as any information relating to an identifiable person who can be directly or indirectly identified in particular by reference to an identifier. This includes, but is not limited to, name, email address, postal address location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.

What Personal Data the Company might collect on you.

2.1 The Company might collect the following Personal Data from you:

  • Your name, age/date of birth and gender;
  • Your contact details, including: postal address including billing and delivery addresses, telephone numbers (including mobile numbers) and e-mail address;
  • Details of purchases and/or orders made by you;
  • Financial data including bank account and payment card details;
  • Details of events attended by you;
  • Your communication and marketing preferences;
  • Your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses, and information about how you use the website, products and services;
  • Technical data including internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access the website;

  • The Company’s website is not intended for children and the Company does not knowingly collect data relating to children.

The Company may also collect Personal Data from third parties who have your consent to pass your details to the Company, or from publicly available sources.

How long might the Company hold on to your Personal Data.

The Company will not retain your Personal Data for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Different retention periods apply for different types of data, however the longest the Company will normally hold any Personal Data is 6 years

How the Company might collect your Personal Data.

The Company may collect your Personal Data in the following ways:

  • Via your direct interactions with the Company’s website (e.g. when you opt-in to join ‘Squeeze Mailing List’, apply for the Company’s products or services, subscribe to our service or publications, request marketing to be sent to you, enter a competition, promotion or survey, or give feedback);
  • Via ticketing agents who sell tickets to Squeeze shows, and you opt-in to receive communication direct from the Company;
  • Via automated technologies or interactions. As you interact with the website, the Company may automatically collect technical data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. This personal data is collected by using cookies, server logs and other similar technologies. We may also receive technical data about you if you visit other websites employing our cookies;
  • Via third parties who have your consent to pass your details to the Company;
  • Via publically available sources.

The grounds on which the Company may store and use your Personal Data.

The Company might store and use your Personal Data on the following legal grounds:

5.1 Consent
– If you have opted in to receive marketing communications and/or news from the Company, the Company might store your data and contact you with a roundup of Squeeze recent news and events.

5.2 Fulfilment of a Contractual Obligation
– If you have ordered an item via the website, the Company will store and process your data insofar as it is necessary to fulfil such order; and

– If you wish to partake in a prize draw, competition or complete a survey, the Company will process your personal data in order to allow you to do so. This is necessary not just for the fulfilment of a contract with you, but it also in the Company’s legitimate interest (to study how customers use the Company’s products/services, to develop them and grow the business).

5.3 Legitimate Interest
– If you have previously provided the Company with your contact details in the course of sale of goods/services (for example a ticket to a Squeeze concert), the Company may send you electronic communications relating to similar upcoming event ticket sales. You will always be given the opportunity to opt-out of this form of communication. If relying on legitimate interest as a lawful ground for processing your Personal Data, the Company will always take into account your rights and interests prior to sending any such communications;

– The Company may use data analytics to improve the website, products/services, marketing, customer relationships and experiences. This is necessary for our legitimate interests (to define types of customers for our products and services, to keep our website updated and relevant, to develop our business and to inform our marketing strategy);

– The Company may manage its relationship with you including managing any registered account(s) that you hold, notifying you about changes to the terms of the Company’s privacy policy, and/or asking you to leave a review or take a survey. This is necessary not only for the performance of a contract with you and to comply with legal obligations, but also for the Company’s legitimate interests (to keep our records updated and to study how customers use our products/services);

– The Company may administer and protect its business and the website, including by troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, system maintenance, support, reporting and hosting of data. This is necessary for the Company’s legitimate interests (for running its business, provision of administration and IT services, network security, to prevent fraud and in the context of a business reorganisation or group restructuring exercise); and- The Company may use your personal data to deliver relevant website content and advertisements to you and measure or understand the effectiveness of the advertising served to you. This is necessary for the Company’s legitimate interests (to study how customers use the Company’s products/services, to develop them, to grow the business and to inform marketing strategy).

The Company (and trusted partners acting on our behalf) might use your Personal Data:

  • to manage any registered account(s) that you hold with us;

  • to contact you electronically about news/events and/or products which the Company thinks may interest you;

The Company might use your Personal Data for electronic marketing purposes (with your consent) and may send you postal mail to update you on the latest events/ work of Squeeze.
The Company aims to update you about items which are of interest and relevance to you as an individual.
You have the right to opt-out of receiving communications at any time, by:

  • making use of the simple “unsubscribe” link in emails; or
  • contacting the Company via email to hello@squeezeofficial.com or via post to the registered office (listed in section 1 above).

6.2 Sharing data with third parties

In order to make certain services available to you, the Company may need to share your Personal Data with some of our service providers/partners.  These could include IT, delivery and marketing service providers.
The Company only allows its service providers/partners to handle your Personal Data when the Company has confirmed that they apply appropriate data protection and security controls.  The Company also imposes contractual obligations on service providers/partners relating to data protection and security, which mean they can only use your Personal Data to provide services to the Company and to you, and for no other purposes.

Aside from our service providers/partners, the Company will not disclose your Personal Data to any third party, except as set out below.  The Company will never sell or rent your Personal Data to other organisations for marketing purposes.
